How does H1BSponsors.com work?

H1bsponsors.com is a website which is connecting Software professionals(especially H1-B holders) with I.T. firms who are willing to sponsor H1B. Jobseekers from USA and all over the world post their resumes in our website. Recruiters can contact the professionals directly and no other agency or third party is involved in it.

How can I select candidates or choose resumes from H1bsponsors.com?

Our database is restriced to our subscribers only. You have two options.

1. You can subscribe for our services by joining as a member. The subscription fee for Three months is $100 or Rs 4,500. As a member, you will be able to get the complete details about the candidates (including contact information). Searching of the resumes and selecting the candidates, during the subscription period, are UNLIMITED.

2. You can ask H1bsponsors.com recruiters to recruit the candidates for you. ( You have to be a member of our site). The recruitment fee is $1000 per candidate who joins your company.

Oh, it takes so much time to send e-mails to contact the jobseekers, can H1bsponsors.com help me?

Absolutely! We know the value of your precious time. We have implemented the automated e-mail system which will send E-Mails to the candidates you have selected with your contact details. Also the system will send an E-mail to you with all the information about the candidates you have chosen. You can send 10 mails to different candidates by single click. (Sample E-Mail)

When I searched your databse for particular skill (say JAVA), the matched resumes are 185, but it lists only 100 resumes(maximum). How do I check the rest?

Our system will display only 100 resumes which match your query exactly. If you fine tune your search, for example, specifying all the skillsets you are looking for, like JAVA, ASP or years of experience as more than 3 years etc, it will get you the resumes you are looking for. So, if you change the search criteria, then you might see another list of available candidates.
