INS approving new H1B cases for Fiscal year 2001
INS started approving cases for fiscal year 2001 with start date of OCT-1-2000. cases filed after last week of march will be processed for fiscal year 2001 quota. As per the current law the number of H1B for this year will be 1,07,500.

California center May-1-2000
Nebraska center June-26-2000
Texas center April-20-2000
Vermont center April-7-2000
